How do you vet talents?

A 3-step process:

  1. 1. Skills assessment (coding tests, design challenge, etc.)
  2. 2. Portfolio/Project Review
  3. 3. Culture Fit: Screening focused on startup readiness and growth mindset.

What if the hire doesn't work out?

If a hire leaves or isn't a fit, we assure a replacement at no extra cost.

Are these Full time or Contract roles?

Both! We primarily place full-time employees, but we can also connect you with contract-to-hire or freelance talent depending on your needs.

Do you only work with Nigeria hire?

No! While our talent pool is primarily in Nigeria/Africa, we work with Startups globally. Many of our talents work remotely for U.S., European and Asian Startups.
